How do I enter the contest?
All you need is a Google account! Once you are signed in you will be able to submit art to the contest!
I submitted art for the contest. What now?
You will receive an email to electronically sign a consent form for the contest. This is required.
If you are under 18 your parent or guardian will also receive an email electronically to sign that same consent form. This is also required.
All submissions are manually reviewed before they are approved for the contest. We will send you an email when your submission has been approved or if you need to make changes. Usually those changes are simply removing your signature from the artwork.
If you have submitted to the contest, you can view, edit, or delete your submission by clicking the "My Submission" button on the site header.
Your submission will have to be re-approved each time you edit it.
What is the deadline for submissions?
All submissions must be completed by 12:00 AM EST on January 8, 2025.

What can I do if I want to change my submission?
You can edit your submission any time before the deadline by clicking the "My Submission" link at the top of the page, and then clicking the edit button on that page. Edited submissions must be manually approved before they are visible to other users.
How do I delete my personal data from this site?
You can request to delete your personal information here.
What do you do with my personal data after the competition?
The consent form contestants sign gives us permission to use artwork submitted for the competition in promotional material for GEM Project.
After the contest is over we will wipe out any personal information collected during the submission process.
The only personal information we collect comes from the submission form itself. We do not use trackers or analytics, and we do not share your data with third parties.
